Summer Camp Enrollment

Step 1: Download and complete Registration from.

Step 2: Please Print out and Return signed and completed form, along with $200 deposit and $80 registration fee to secure a spot. Alternatively, the full tuition can be paid when you register (no deposit is necessary), along with registration fee.

Please make check payable to “Yu Ying Learning Center” and mail form and deposit check to our address:

Step 3: You will receive an enrollment confirmation by email after we have your registration package.


Notes:
  • Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Deposit will be applied to tuition and fees.
  • $200 deposit and tuition fees is fully refundable if canceled before May 19th 2017.
